摘  要:目的了解天津市孤独症儿童家长对孤独症早期特殊教育干预机构评价及自身需求。方法利用自行设计的调查问卷,对天津市5所孤独症儿童早期特殊教育干预机构中的59例孤独症儿童的家长进行调查。结果家长对干预机构的整体评价平均得分为(81.07+10.73)分;调查项目中得分最高的为教师的责任心与耐心(4.52±0.66)分,得分最低的为机构的教师与儿童的人员配置(3.62±0.72)分;公办和民办干预机构中家长对于机构的教学环境、教师能力,教学效果以及整体评价得分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);家长需求项目中需要相关立法、政府经济支持及对家长提供系统的康复指导占第一位,为98.3%。结论天津市孤独症儿童家长对早期特殊教育干预机构整体评价持满意态度,干预机构应在政府政策及财政的支持下加强自身建设。Objective To investigate the evaluation and related needs in parents with children of autism for early intervention service in Tianjin.Methods Overall 59 children with autism were recruited from 5 early intervention agencies in Tianjin.A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect related information.Results The average score of the evaluation by the parents on the agencies were 81.07(standard deviation=10.73).The highest score was for "the responsibility and suffurance of the teachers" and the lowest score was for "the ratio of teachers and children".Statistically significant differences were observed in teaching enviroment,ability of teacher,effect of teaching and satisfaction between public agency and private agency(P〈0.05).Conclusion The parents with children of autism are satisfied with the early intervention service in Tianjin.These findings must be taken into account in policy making to provide better and more support for the agencies.
