国际化企业创业导向:基于二维分析框架的理论与实证研究

摘　　要：创业导向是衡量保守型企业到创业型企业的连续变量,对国际化企业的经营绩效有积极影响。本文提出了一个"内部研发—外部投资"的创业导向二维分析框架,研究了国际化企业的组织特征、公司治理与创业导向间的关系。本文发现我国企业的国际化程度与创业导向水平总体偏低。得出企业年龄、企业规模、高管年龄、高管任期与跨国创业导向显著负相关;国际化程度与跨国创业导向显著正相关;企业规模、企业年龄与外部投资导向显著正相关;高管任期与内部研发创业导向显著正相关等一系列检验结果。在理论与实证研究基础上,本文提出了我国企业国际化进程中提升创业导向的对策建议。Entrepreneurship Orientation（EO） is a continuous variable measured enterprise from conservative to aggressive.This article puts forward an ＂interior RD-exterior investment＂ bidimensional EO analysis framework to make study on the relationship among organization characteristics,corporate governance and EO of internationalization enterprises.By empirical study based on data of 60 Chinese listed companies,the article found that both Chinese enterprises’ internationalization degree and EO level are too low.The correlation among enterprise age,size,TMT age,TMT tenure and EO are significantly negative,the correlation between Internationalization and EO is significantly positive,the correlation among enterprise age,size and exterior investment EO are significantly positive,the correlation between TMT tenure and interior RD EO is significantly positive.The article also proposes some countermeasures for promotion of Chinese international enterprises’ EO.
