蒸汽压片玉米、烟酸和蛋氨酸锌对泌乳早期奶牛血液生化指标和酮体阳性率变化的影响

摘　　要：选择泌乳早期的经产奶牛40头随机分成4组,其中一组作为对照组,各试验组奶牛日粮中分别添加蒸汽压片玉米(蒸汽压片组)、烟酸和蛋氨酸锌(添加剂组)、蒸汽压片玉米+烟酸和蛋氨酸锌(蒸汽压片+添加剂组)。研究其对泌乳早期奶牛血液生化指标和酮体阳性率变化的影响。结果表明:饲喂蒸汽压片+添加剂显著提高血糖、降低β-羟丁酸和游离脂肪酸(P<0.05),饲喂蒸汽压片组和添加剂组也具有同样的趋势,但和对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);试验各组均具有使甘油三酯升高和降低乙酰乙酸、丙酮、总胆固醇、尿素氮浓度的趋势,但和对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验各组与对照组相比均缩短奶牛从酮体阳性转变为阴性的时间。蒸汽压片玉米、烟酸及蛋氨酸锌混合使用的效果优于分别使用效果。40 early lactation dairy cows were chosen and randomly divided into 4 groups to determine the effects of niacin and znc methionine on the plasma biochemical index and ketone positive rate.One group was control group,the test groups were added stream-flaked corn（flaked group）,niacin and zinc methionine（additive group）,and flaked corn ＋ niacin and zinc methionine（flaked ＋ additive group）respectively.The results showed that：flaked ＋ additive group could significantly increase blood sugar,decrease β-hydroxybutyrate and free fatty acid（P 〈0.05）,flaked group and the additive group also had the same trend,but the difference was not significant（P 〉0.05）;each test groups had the tendency to increase triglycerides and decrease acetoacetate,acetone,total cholesterol,blood urea nitrogen,but there were no significant difference among groups（P〉 0.05）.Each test group was reduced the time of ketone-positive changed into ketone-negative comparing with the control group.Mixed use of stream-flaked corn,niacin and zinc methionine was better than the flaked corn,niacin and zinc methionine.
