摘　　要：该文通过对青少年卵巢恶性肿瘤的种类、早期诊断难点、治疗原则、预后与保留生育功能等问题的探讨,旨在提高青少年卵巢恶性肿瘤的早期诊断率,避免漏诊或误诊,合理选择治疗方式,避免过度治疗,使治疗更加人性化。This article discussed on the types of the Adolescent＇ s ovarian cancer, the difficulties of the prophase Diagnosis the principle of therapy, the prognoses, keeping the productive function, and so on, with the purpose of improving the rate of the prophase diagnosis of Adolescent＇ s ovarian cancer, avoid misdiagnosing or omiting the patients and selecting the optimum therapy for the patients, and it can prevent excessive therapy and make the therapy more harmonization.
