摘　　要：微生物种类繁多、分布广泛、代谢复杂,与自然界很多物质都有着密切的联系。微生物具有极其复杂多样的酶,影响着自然界许多化学物质的结构与功能,进而影响这些物质的生理活性与功能。该文主要就微生物通过酶法修饰改变物质的化学结构,从而提高物质活性,降低物质毒性,产生新的活性物质等进行综述。Microbes have a huge impact on nature because its varieties,widely distribution and complex metabolism.Microbes have complex and diverse enzymes,which affect the structure and function of many chemical substances in nature.This paper mainly conducts the review on the microbes change the chemical structure of the materials by enzymatic modifying so as to enhance physical activity,reduce toxic substances and produce new substances.
