摘　　要：本文在简单介绍PCB在线测试技术和虚拟仪器概念的基础上,阐述了基于虚拟仪器设计思想的在线测试系统的整体方案,并分别给出了系统硬件和软件的实现方法。该系统通用性好,测试过程简单,具有实用价值。Based on the simple introduction of PCB on-line test technology and the concept of virtual instrument in this paper, and then the whole scheme of online test system based on design idea of virtual instrument is expatiated, also the realization methods of system hardware and software are separately given. The system has good universality, simple test procedure and practical value.
