慢性淋巴细胞白血病中医证型与CD38 ZAP-70相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性B淋巴细胞白血病(B-CLL)患者ZAP-70、CD38的表达与中医辨证分型的关系。方法:采用流式细胞术检测对40例B-CLL病人骨髓或外周血ZAP-70、CD38的表达水平,并从分子生物学角度探讨其与中医证型的关系。结果:气阴两虚型患者ZAP-70、CD38的表达率明显高于淤血痰结型(P<0.05)。结论:ZAP-70、CD38的表达为指导CLL中医辨证诊治提供了客观指标。Objective：To study on relationship between of CD38 and ZAP-70 and TCM syndrome classification in the patient of chronic lymphocytic leukemia（CLL）. Methods：Flow cytometry was utilized to analyze ZAP-70 expressions in patients with CLL（n=40）,so as to explore the relationship between gene and TCM syndrome classification from the perspective of molecular biology.Results：The expression rate of CD38 and ZAP-70 in the patient with both qi and yin deficiency was significantly higher than that in the patient of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis （P0.05）. Conclusion：ZAP-70 and CD38 expressions are objective indexes for guiding diagnosis and treatment of CLL.
