摘　　要：目的探讨低功率毫米波辐射对肿瘤放疗患者外周血白细胞及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法６０例恶性肿瘤放疗患者随机分为联合组及对照组。联合组配合以波长为７．１ｍｍ、功率密度为１０ｍＷ／ｃｍ２的毫米波辐射，对照组单纯放疗或放化疗；采用乳酸脱氢酶释放法和碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶桥联酶标技术法检测患者治疗前后细胞免疫指标。结果治疗的前４周白细胞降低者，联合组（１４／３０）较对照组（２３／３０）少，且有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），而治疗的后５～８周白细胞降低者，联合组（１７／３０）虽仍低于对照组（２４／３０），但无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；治疗后细胞免疫指标ＮＫ细胞活性及ＣＤ＋４、ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值联合组明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论低功率毫米波配合放化疗治疗恶性肿瘤。Objective To study effects of low power density millimeter wave radiation on peripheral white blood cell(WBC) and function of cellular immune for patients with malignant tumors with radiotherapy. Methods Sixty patients with malignant tumors were randomized into combined group or control group.Thirty cases of combined group were treated with 7.1 mm millimeter wave radiation(10 mW/cm 2) and radiotherapy ± chemotherapy.The patients of control group were treated with radiotherapy ± chemotherapy alone. Activity of NK cells and T lymphocyte subsets in patients were measured respectively by LDH release and APAAP techniques.Results In the first 4 weeks of the treatment course, the decrease rate of peripheral WBC was significantly lower in combined group (14/30) than in control group (23/30) ( P < 0.05 ); and the later 5～8 weeks of the treatment course,the decrease rate of WBC was still lower in combined group (17/30) than in control group (24/30),but it was not significant ( P > 0.05 ).After treatment,the activity of NK cells,CD 4 positive cells and CD + 4/CD + 8 values in the patients were significantly higher in combined group than in control group ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The results suggest that low power density millimeter wave radiation can produce certain protective and activating effects on peripheral WBC and function of cellular immune for the patients with radiotherapy ± chemotherapy.
