摘　　要：在实践探索中形成的救助安置受艾滋病影响儿童"河南模式"遵循联合国《儿童权利公约》,以儿童权利为本位,坚持儿童优先、儿童利益最大化、平等和无歧视原则,采取多种政策措施切实保护受艾滋病影响儿童的生存权、发展权、受保护权和参与权,保障了儿童的权益,促进了他们的健康成长。The Henan pattern of Children Affected by AIDS which forms in the practice of exploration followed the United Nations ＂Convention on the Rights of Children＂,took the rights of the children as the standard,insisted the children first,the benefits of children maximization,the equality and the non-discrimination principle,and adopted many kinds of special policies and measures to protect the subsistence right,the development right,the protection right and participation right of AIDS orphans and vulnerable children,safeguarded the rights and interests of children,and promoted their healthy development.
