摘　　要：在传统竞争情报战略基础上,考虑动态不确定性环境的影响,构建融合战略竞争情报与技术竞争情报的一体化竞争情报战略模型,并详细分析竞争情报战略的一体化特性。在此基础上,分析不确定性环境对企业竞争情报战略的影响,详细阐述战略竞争情报对一体化竞争情报战略的支撑作用,分析技术竞争情报战略的实施对一体化竞争情报战略的保障作用。Based on traditional competitive intelligence strategy and current uncertainty environment, this paper puts forward integrated competitive intelligence strategy model which merges strategic competitive intelligence with competitive technical intelligence, illuminates the characteristics of it. Then it analyzes the impact of uncertainty environment on enterprise competitive intelligence strategy, focusing on strategy competitive intelligence that support the integrated competitive intelligence strategy and describing the supporting effects to integrated competitive intelligence strategy through implementation of CTI strategy.
