摘　　要：网络评估是企业知识网络研究中的重要内容,完整的企业知识网络评估应吸收借鉴社会网络分析(SNA)、基于结果管理(RBM)、结果测绘(outcome mapping)等多种评价方法,涵盖预评估、结构评估、活动评估和结果评估四个模块,对知识网络的各方面进行定性和定量的综合评价。不仅实现网络评估效率与效果、数量与质量的统一,同时与知识网络构建环节相辅相成并贯穿于网络生命周期的全过程。Network evaluation is an important part of Enterprise Knowledge Network （EKN）research. Complete EKN evaluation should absorb SNA, RBM, Outcome Mapping and other evaluation methods. It includes pre-evaluation, structure evaluation, activity evaluation and outcome evaluation, covering all aspects of knowledge networks for qualitative and quantitative assessment. It not only achieves the unity of efficiency and effectiveness, quantity and quality, but also builds links with knowledge networks construction and runs through the entire network cycles.
