摘　　要：指出目前国内外学者对知识吸收能力的研究集中于对其概念、影响因素和作用的分析。首先总结知识吸收能力的理论基础,明确吸收能力与知识的关系;其次,分别从概念内涵、影响因素和作用机制三个角度对知识吸收能力相关理论进行梳理和评述;最后,对知识吸收能力的未来研究进行展望。The paper points out that the current research on absorptive capacity is mainly on its definition, its influencing factors and its effects. First of all, the paper summarizes the theoretical basis of absorptive capacity, clarifies the relationship on absorptive capacity and knowledge. Secondly, the paper reviews the relative theories on the concept, the influencing factors and the mechanism of absorptive capacity. Thirdly, the paper proposes directions for further research.
