超低位直肠前切除术治疗低位直肠癌65例

摘　　要：目的探讨超低位直肠前切除术的可行性和效果,以及加用结肠成形后对排便功能的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2000年1月至2009年12月间65例行超低位直肠切除术患者术后的临床疗效及治疗经验。结果全组无死亡病例,吻合口漏1例,吻合口狭窄3例,随访3年,局部复发3例,无排尿和性功能障碍。术后排便频率4～5次/d,便急感8例,加入结肠成形15例中,术后排便频率平均2次/d,轻度便急感2例。结论超低位直肠前切除加成形术是治疗低位直肠癌的有效方法。Objective To access the clinical value and feasibility of ultralow anterior resection,as well as effect on the defecation after the coloplasty was added.Methods Sixty-five patients of a routine clinical treatment and experience undergone ultra low anterior rectal resection from January 2000 to December 2009 were retrospectively reviewed.Results There was no death,one case of anastomotic leakage,anastomotic stricture in 3 cases,follow-up of three years,local recurrence in 3 cases,non-urinary and sexual dysfunction.After defecation frequency of 4-5 times/day,then 8 cases of acute sense.Adding 15 cases of coloplasty postoperative defecation frequency of an average of 2 times/day,mild acute sense of two cases.Conclusion Ultra-low anterior resection in the application of coloplasty is an effective method of treating low rectal cancer.
