摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对结肠癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2004年2月至2008年7月超声诊断结肠癌41例及超声漏诊结肠癌2例,共43例患者的临床资料及声像图特征,并与术后病理对照研究。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断结肠癌与结肠镜、术后病理符合率为90.7%(39/43)。结论彩色多普勒超声对结肠癌是一种方便而有效的检查方法,还能了解病变外浸润及转移情况,具有重要的临床诊断价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in colon carcinoma.Methods The clinical data and sonogram character of 43 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Forty-one cases diagnosed colon carcinoma in ultrasound examination and 2 cases missed diagnosed.The operation results and the pathology diagnosis were compared with ultrasound diagnosis.Results The diagnoses rate in bladder carcinoma by color Doppler ultrasonography is corresponded with the pathology of colonoscope and post-operation by 90.7%（39/43）.Conclusion The color doppler ultrasound examination was a convenient,effect diagnosis way for colon carcinoma,and can get the massage of infiltration and metastasis out of the carcinoma.It has the important diagnostic value in the clinic.
