摘 要:采用条件和非条件数量遗传分析方法,利用不同环境条件下的两年试验数据资料,分析了胚(子叶)、细胞质和母体植株等不同遗传体系的遗传主效应及其环境互作效应对油菜籽饼粕蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,油菜籽饼粕蛋白质含量在不同发育时期的表现同时受制于胚(子叶)、细胞质和母体植株等三套遗传体系的基因效应,其中以母体遗传效应为主;在各种遗传效应中,油菜籽不同发育时期均是以加性效应为主。环境条件可以明显影响油菜籽发育过程中不同遗传体系的基因表达,其中以母体互作效应的影响为最大。条件遗传分析结果还表明不同发育时期基因表达存在着间断性表达的现象。除花后第22天,油菜籽多数发育时期是以母体遗传率为主,故可以根据母体植株上油菜籽饼粕蛋白质含量的总体表现进行选择;选用中油821和鄂油长荚可提高后代蛋白质含量。The genetic main effects and genotype × environment(GE) interaction effects of embryo,cytoplasm and maternal genetic systems on the protein content(PC) of rapeseed meal were analyzed from two-year experimental data under different growing conditions by using both conditional and unconditional analysis methods.Results: Embryo nuclear genes,cytoplasmic genes and maternal plant nuclear genes simultaneously control PC of rapeseed meal,among which diploid maternal plant effect and additive effect are of critical importance.The GE interaction effects also show significant influence on the gene expression patterns for PC during all the seed development stages,especially for the maternal interaction effects.The differences and discontinuity of gene expression during seed development are also observed by using the conditional analysis method.The heritability analysis reveals that the maternal heritability is more prominent for PC during seed development times,except the 22nd day post anthesis.Thus it is suggested that maternal plant selection can be utilized to improve PC in rapeseed breeding program.The study further suggests that Zhongyou 821 and Eyouchangjia are better than other parents for increasing PC of rapeseed meal in progenies.
