摘　　要：Bcl-2蛋白小分子抑制剂是以Bcl-2家族抗凋亡蛋白为靶点的新型抗肿瘤药物.近年来,ABT-737、ABT-263、棉酚、apogossypol、TW-37、obatoclax、HA14-1等Bcl-2小分子抑制剂已成为研究的热点,临床前试验表明该类药物单药对某些肿瘤有效,与放化疗联合使用具有明显的协同效果.Small molecule inhibitors of Bcl-2 are a novel class of anticaucer drugs that.target anti-apoptotic proteins. In recent years,small molecule inhibitors such as ABT-737,ABT-263 ,gossypol, apogossypol, TW-37,obatoclax,HA14-1 have attracted much reseacb attention. Preclinical trials have shown that the inhibitors have cancer killing effect on some tumors when used alone and exhibit striking synergistic effect when combined with radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy.
