摘  要:目的:研究由食源性盐酸克伦特罗造成人体尿样兴奋剂检测阳性的可能性。方法:首先测定采用盐酸克伦特罗定量饲养的猪六个部位的肌肉组织中的盐酸克伦特罗含量,再使两名受试者进食烹饪熟的已知盐酸克伦特罗含量的猪肉及猪肝,最后检测受试者尿样是否呈克伦特罗阳性。检测猪肉及猪肝中克伦特罗采用液质联用法,检测受试者尿样中的克伦特罗采用兴奋剂常规方法——气质联用法。结果表明,单次食用猪肉制品中盐酸克伦特罗总量不超过1μg,则不会产生兴奋剂检测阳性。但服用克伦特罗一定残留量的动物组织会导致尿液克伦特罗阳性。Objective To study the possibility of positive urine for doping of clenbuterol resulting from edible meat. Methods Six pigs were fed with different dosage of clenbuterol hydrochloride, supplemented in forage and the content of Clenbuterol hydrochloride was then determined in pork and pork liver by LC/MS. Two volunteers ate the cooked pork and pork liver simultaneously,and all of their urine samples were then collected within 72 hours to detect clenbuterol by GC/MS. Results and Conclusion The urine samples were not positive if they ate no more than 1μg clenbuterol residue in pork and pork liver, otherwise,their urine samples would be positive.
