摘  要:目的:了解广州市荔湾区初中学生的恒牙龋病状况,为中学生口腔保健工作提供参考。方法:2009年1—3月采用随机抽样和普查相结合的方法,随机抽取荔湾区9所公办初级中学的初一、初二年级的学生进行普查。使用尖探针检查全口恒牙牙冠龋病情况,计算出患龋率、龋均,并与2005年广东省12岁人群患龋情况比较。结果:初中学生的患龋率为22.59%(1223/5415)、龋均为0.48。患龋人中6.31%(342/5415)曾接受过治疗,龋齿充填率为25.05%(635/2535)。男女患龋率及龋均差异无统计学意义。与2005年广东省12岁人群惠龋情况比较,患龋率和龋均下降,充填率上升(P〈0.01)。结论:广州市荔湾区初中学生的龋病患病情况较严重,且大部分龋齿未得到治疗。Objective: To investigate the current status of caries in junior school students of Liwan District, Guangzhou, and to provide scientific basis for establishment of oral health care policies for junior school students. Methods : A random sampling design and a mass examination design were applied to conduct a survey in grades 1 and 2 students from 9 junior schools in Liwan District, Guangzhou, between January and March of 2009. The caries of all permanent teeth was examined using sharp probes. The rate of caries and the DMFT was calculated and compared with data in Guangdong Province population aged 12 years old in 2005. Results:In this cohort, the caries rate was 22.59% ( 1 223/5 415 ) and DMFT was 0. 48. 6. 31% ( 342/5 415 ) of caries affected children had been given dental treatments while 25.05% (635/2 535 ) of the caries teeth had been filled. Compared with data in Guangdong Province population aged 12 years old in 2005, caries and DMFT were reduced and rate of filling was increased ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Caries appeared to be common among junior school students from Liwan District of Guangzhou, while the majority remained untreated.
