胃癌术中组织间^125I放射性粒子植入预防术后复发的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌术中组织间植入^125I放射性粒子对预防术后复发的临床效果。方法回顾性分析选择的胃癌患者48例，随机分为对照组（A组）与治疗组（B）组，A组24例行胃癌根治术，术后化疗；B组24例患者除与A组相同治疗外，术中永久植入^125I粒子，术后观察两组患者6，12，18和24个月的肿瘤局部复发和患者生存率。结果治疗组术后6，12，18和24个月的肿瘤局部复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01），患者生存率高于对照组（P〈0．05），具有明显临床疗效。结论胃癌术中组织间植入^125I放射性粒子，简便可行，并能有效降低肿瘤局部复发，提高患者生存率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radioactive particle ^125I implanted in the operations of gastric carcinoma in preventing the recurrence of tumor after operation. Methods The clinical data of the 48 cases of patients with gastric carcinoma was analyzed. The patients were divided into control group （ A, n = 24 ） and treatment group （ B, n = 24 ） in random. The patients in group A received radical operation and chemotherapy after operation. The patients in group B were implanted in ^125I in the operation beside the above mentioned treatment as group A. The recurrence rate of tumor and the survival rate of the two groups were contrasted 6,12,18 and 24 months after operation. Results The recurrence rate of tumor of treatment group 6,12,18 and 24 months after operation was lower than that of the control group remarkably （P 〈 0.01 ） , and the survival rate was higher than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ^125I implanted in the operations of gastric carcinoma is safe and feasible,and it is helpful to reduce the recurrence rate of tumor and improve the survival rate.
