胃癌组织中NF—B的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨核因子-B的表达与胃癌发生发展的关系，为研究胃癌的发生机制及以NF—B为靶标的胃癌防治提供理论依据。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法（SP法）检测对照组10例正常胃黏膜及实验组50例胃癌组织中NF—B的表达情况，分析其在不同组织中的表达及与胃癌的关系。结果实验组NF-B的表达阳性率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；NF—B表达与胃癌淋巴结转移、分化程度有关（P〈0．05）。结论NF—B参与胃癌的形成，且与胃癌的侵袭、转移及预后有一定的关系。Objective The objective of current study is to detect the expression of Nuclear factor-kappa B （ NF- B） in the tissue of gastric cancer. To discuss the correlation of NF- B expression and gastric cancer and to study application of NF- B inhibitor of gastric carci- noma so as to provide theories in its prevention. Methods The formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissues from 50 eases of gastric carcinoma, 10 cases of normal tissues were evaluated for the expression of NF- B by SP immunohistochemistry,the levels of these proteins in tissues with different types. The levels of NF- B in tissues with different types were analyzed. Results The positive rate of NF- B in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissues（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of NF- B was associated with lymph node metastasis and differentiation（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion NF- B play an important part in carcinogenesis and development and involve in the formation of gastric carcinoma. Besides, it is also associated with the invasion, metastasis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
