大肠癌组织中CD34，SMA的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过观察大肠癌间质中CD34，平滑肌肌动蛋白（SMA）的表达，探讨SMA与大肠癌临床病理之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化PV-6000法检测52例大肠癌组织和12例正常大肠组织中纤维母细胞CD34，SMA的表达。结果CD34在癌旁正常黏膜组织纤维母细胞中表达阳性率为91．66％，SMA在大肠癌组织纤维母细胞中的阳性表达率为65．38％（P〈0．01），且随着浸润深度的增加、临床分期的进展和淋巴结转移的出现，大肠癌组织中SMA的表达增强。结论①大肠癌间质中存在CD34表达缺失和SMA的表达获得现象；②SMA在大肠癌组织中的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关。Objective To observe the expression of stromal CD34, smooth muscle actin （SMA） in colorectal carcinoma,investigate the relationship of SMA in clinical pathology index of colorectal carcinoma. Methods The distribution and expression of fibroblast CD34, SMA in 52 patients with colorectal carcinoma and 12 normal mucous membrane of colorectum were examined by immunohistochemical PV-6000,analyzed the results combine with clinical pathology index of colorectal carcinoma and the relationship of SMA. Results The positive expression rates of fibroblast CD34 in para-carcinomatous nomal mucosa were 91.66% （ P 〈 0.01 ） ;The positive expression rate of fibroblast SMA （65.38% ） in colorectal carcinoma was higher than para-carcinomatous nomal mucosa （P 〈0.01） ;The expression of SMA in fibroblast strengthened as soakage depth increased, clinical stage progressed and metastatic of lymph nodes. Conclusion The absence of CD34 expression paralleled by the gain of SMA in the stroma exsited in colorectal carcinoma; The expression of SMA in colorectal carcinoma strengthenedas soakage depth increased,clinical stage progressed and metastatic of lymphnodes.
