玻璃体切割术后保留灌注液治疗增生型糖尿病视网膜病变Ⅵ期患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察玻璃体手术保留灌注液治疗增生型糖尿病视网膜病变（PDR）VIA的疗效及并发症。方法对27例（33眼）行玻璃体手术单纯保留灌注液治疗的PDRVI期连续性病例进行回顾性分析，观察单纯保留灌注液治疗效果。结果33眼中视力〉10．02者由术前的20眼（60．6％）增加到术后的29眼（87．9％），其中视力≥0.1者由术前的16眼（48．8％）增加到术后的23眼（69．7％）；视网膜在位眼数31眼（93．9％）；白内障发生率为30．3％（10／33）；术后玻璃体出血1眼（3．0％）。结论术前存在视网膜脱离但不存在视网膜裂孔的PDRVI期患者，玻璃体手术保留灌注液可获得良好预后。Objective To study the effect and complications of keeping irrigation solution after vitrectomy in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy （ PDR ）in Ⅵ stage. Methods Twenty-seven consecutive patients （33eyes） with PDR who underwent keeping irrigation solution after vitrectomy were retrospectively analyzed,the effect of which was observed. Results In 33 eyes,the number of eyes with visual activity（VA）≥0.02 was increased from 20（60.6 % ） to 29（87.9% ） after surgery,and the number of eyes with VA ≥0. 1 increased from 16（48.8% ） to 23 （ 69.7% ）. The rate of postoperative cataract was 30.3% （ 10/33 ） ; Vitreous hemorrhage occurred in 1 eyes （ 3. 0% ）. Conclusion Keeping irrigation solution is effective for patients with PDR in VI stage who had retinal detachment but no retinal hole, the prognosis of which is good.
