摘　　要：胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)系统通过内分泌、自分泌和旁分泌机制调节细胞的生长、分化、凋亡和转化,对胚胎的生长和出生后的发育具有关键作用,并且可促进成年人组织的维持和修复。研究证实,IGF系统参与增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)的发生发展,并且被认为是重要的蛋白系统。就IGF系统在PVR疾病中的研究进展进行综述。Insulin-like growth factor system plays an important role in the regulation of the growth,differentiation,apoptosis and transformation of cells by paracrine and autocrine or endocrine mechanism.Furthermore,insulin-like growth factor also involve in the growth of embryo and post-natal development of individual,maintenance and reparation of human tissue in adults.Some researches showed that this system to be a very important protein system in the pathogenesis and develoment of proliferative vitreoretinopathy（PVR）.The update study on the expression of IGF in human body,physological function of IGF,receptor of IGF and its function,the relationship of IGF and PVR,effects of IGF on retinal pigment cells and retinal Müller cells were reviewed.
