摘 要:目的:以食物色素染色模型为基础,对一种新型浸泡式义齿清洁剂去除染色的效果进行量化评估。方法:为了便于形成均一的菌斑生长表面及后期的染色测量,本研究采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂片片来模拟义齿表面。树脂片经过消毒灭菌后浸泡于ToddHewitt肉汤培养基和人工唾液中培养18h(37℃)。处理后的树脂片取出晾干后被分为实验组和对照组,均置于咖啡、茶、蓝莓酱和红酒混合液中染色18h。使用分光光谱仪(PR650)定量测量染色前树脂片的颜色。染色后的实验组和对照组树脂片分别用义齿清洁泡腾片(Polident)和蒸馏水中浸泡5min(150mL水,40℃)。最后再次使用PR650测量树脂片颜色参数,并计算试样间色差。结果:配对t检验显示实验组和对照组的L*,a*,b*3个颜色参数以及总色差ΔE之间存在显著性差异(P<0.001)。义齿清洁泡腾片(Polident)显著地清除了色素。结论:义齿泡腾片(Polident)能清除由红酒、茶等色素引起的义齿表面着色。Objective:To evaluate cleaning efficacy of a marketed denture cleanser tablet using an optimized invitro combination food stain plaque model.Methods:Polymethylmethacrylate slides were cleaned and sterilized before exposure to a nutrient solution of Todd Hewitt broth,saccharose,and pooled human saliva.Plaque was grown on the acrylic surface by incubating for 18hours at 37℃and then stained for 18hours in a combination stain of coffee,tea,blueberry,and wine.Slides were divided into two sets(control group/water and treatment group/denture cleanser).The treatment group(Polident)was subjected to a 5minute soaking regimen(1tablet/150cc water/40℃).The control group was treated with distilled water for 5minutes(150cc water/40℃).The stains on each set of slides were qualitatively assessed and analyzed quantitatively for color by spectrophotometer(Photo Research,PR650)to determine stain score.Results:Results indicated significant differences between the control and treatment groups for all the color parameters and total color change(ΔE)(P0.001).The Polidentdenture cleanser tablets clearly demonstrated superior cleaning ability for stain removal as measured by colorimetric readings.Conclusion:Polidentdenture cleanser tablets are effective in removing a combination stain consisting of dietary foods that pose a major concern to denture wearers.
