后牙纯钛烤瓷冠的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价纯钛烤瓷冠修复患牙5年的临床效果。方法:69例患者的牙体缺损用纯钛烤瓷冠进行修复(共130颗修复体)。于修复体粘固后6个月、1年、3年、5年复查评价临床效果。评价内容包括:修复体完整度、边缘适合度、牙龈健康情况及颜色匹配。结果:99%的修复体保持完整。1颗纯钛烤瓷冠因咬硬物致牙尖崩瓷。96%的钛瓷冠边缘良好。98%的修复体牙龈健康,仅2颗在复查时有轻微炎症。未发现继发龋、边缘变色及明显颜色不协调。结论:纯钛烤瓷冠适用于后牙修复。Objective：To evaluate the clinical performance of the titanium metal porcelain restoration in a fiveyear period.Methods：The titanium metal porcelain restoration was applied in 130teeth of 69patients.The restorative cases include acquired tooth body defect.The 130teeth were observed after 6,12,36,60months respectively.The evaluator examined the restoration for the integrity of restoration,gingival health,color match and marginal adaptation.Results：More than 99%restorations were found to be intact and 96%had excellent marginal adaptation.Little wane existed in one crown due to the heavy occlusion force.No secondary caries and unsatisfactory color match were found in each follow-up.Conclusion：The titanium metal porcelain restoration are suitable alternative to conventional metal ceramic crown.
