摘　　要：目的探讨Nd:YAG激光晶体后囊膜切开治疗后发性白内障的疗效及并发症。方法对432例461只眼接受Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗的后发性白内障患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。治疗方法 :波长1 064 nm、脉冲能量1～4 mJ、脉冲2～3、脉宽8 ns、光斑直径50μm、透光率99的Nd:YAG激光"十字形"或"Q形"切开晶体后囊膜,观察治疗前后视力、眼压及术后并发症。结果后囊膜一次性切开成功率98.3%,增视率占99.1%。主要并发症为人工晶体损伤116只眼(25.2%),前房出血3只眼(0.7%)。结论 Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开治疗后发性白内障,患者视力提高明显,成功率高,安全,快速,并发症少。Objective To determine the efficacy and complications of Nd：YAG laser posterior capsulotomy for after-cataract. Methods The clinical data of 432 after-cataract patients（461 eyes） who had undergone Nd：YAG laser posterior capsulotomy were analyzed retrospectively.The visual acuity as well as intraocular pressure of pre-treatment and post-treatment were compared and the complications was recorded. Results The success rate of posterior capsular incision one-time was 98.3%,and the rate of increased visual sense was 99.1%;the main complications included;intraocular lens injury 116 eyes（25.2%） and hyphema 3 eyes（0.7%）. Conclusions The advantages of treating after-cataract with Nd：YAG laser are improving visual acuity,high success rate,safe,fast and having little complications.
