摘  要:背景与目的:耐药相关基因检测,对临床个体化化疗具有参考价值,本研究探讨MGMT、TopoⅡα及Pgp在人星型细胞瘤Ⅱ级的肿瘤细胞中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测MGMT、TopoⅡα及Pgp在24例人星型细胞瘤Ⅱ级的肿瘤细胞中的表达情况。结果:在24例人星型细胞瘤Ⅱ级肿瘤中,MGMT、TopoⅡα、Pgp阳性率分别是29.2%、33.3%、25.0%。结论:依据肿瘤组织耐药基因表达情况可为星形细胞瘤Ⅱ级患者选择适当的化疗方案,进行个体化化疗。BACKGROUND OBJECTIVE:The detection of drug-resistant proteins in tumor tissues can facilitate clinical pratice of chemotherapy for tumor patients.In this article,we explored the relationship of the expression and the clinical significance of MGMT,TopoⅡα and Pgp in 24 cases of human astrocytoma of grade Ⅱ.METHOD:The expression of MGMT,Topo Ⅱ α and Pgp in 24 cases of human astrocytoma of grade Ⅱ were investigated using immunohistochemical method.RESULT:Of the 24 cases of human astrocytoma of grade Ⅱ,29.2% were positive for MGMT,33.3% for Topo Ⅱ α,and 25.0% for Pgp,respectively.CONCLUSION:Individualized chemotherapy based on in vitro CSRAs(chemotherapy sensitivity and resistance assays) for patients with astrocytomas of grade Ⅱ could improve overall response rate.
