平消胶囊联合来曲唑治疗晚期绝经后乳腺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察平消胶囊联合来曲唑治疗晚期绝经后乳腺癌的疗效。方法:85例晚期绝经后乳腺癌患者采用随机对照方法分为实验组44例和对照组41例。实验组口服来曲唑2.5毫克一日一次,平消胶囊6-8粒一日三次,对照组口服来曲唑2.5毫克一日一次。评价疗效、生活质量、疾病进展时间、生存期、不良反应情况。结果:实验组生活质量改善率高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组疾病进展时间较对照组明显延长,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组临床获益率、中位生存期高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),二组不良反应均轻微。结论:平消胶囊联合来曲唑可提高晚期绝经后乳腺癌患者生活质量、延长疾病进展时间,耐受性好,值得临床推广。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Pingxiao Capsules（PXC） combined with letrozole in postmenopausal patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods：Eighty-five postmenopausal patients with advanced breast cancer were randomized into two groups,the experimental group of 44 patients were treated with PXC（6-8 capsules tid po） combined with letrozole（2.5mg qd po）,the control group treated by letrozole alone（2.5mg qd po）.The efficacy,adverse reaction,time-to-progression（TTP）,overall susvive（OS） and the quality of life（QOL）of patients were compared between the two groups.Results：The QOL and TTP were improved in the experimental group（P〈0.05）.The clinical benefit rate（CBR） and OS of the experimental group was better than control group,but there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.The side effects in two groups were light.Conclusion：PXC combined with letrozole can improve the QOL and TTP of postmenopausal patients with advanced breast cancer patients.
