摘　　要：随着竞争的加剧,企业的创新速度也在不断地加快。鉴于此,提出基于TRIZ理论和知识管理协同作用的创新平台构建,通过平台化战略来满足企业快速创新的需求。知识管理提供了获取、存储由经验产生的知识方法,而TRIZ理论提供了系统化创新的解决问题方法,结合两种方法构建一个有效的创新平台,可以为企业的创新活动提供有力的支撑。As competition intensifies, companies are continually accelerating the pace of innovation. In view of this, we put forward to building the platform for innovation based on the synergistic effect of the TRIZ theory and knowledge management, so as to meet the business needs of rapid innovation through the platform strategy. Knowledge management provides the methods of acquisition and storage of the knowledge generated by experience, while the TRIZ theory provides a systematic and innovative solution to settle problems. We can provide a strong support for innovative activities of enterprises by combining with two kinds of methods to build an effective and innovative platform.
