豫东地区恒牙初期正常牙列指数测量分析

摘　　要：目的建立豫东地区正常牙列指数的正常值范围,弥补豫东地区牙资料的空白,进一步分析豫东地区牙特征,为正畸临床提供依据。方法选择豫东地区150名正常青少年的牙模型150副,测量牙冠、牙弓宽度,建立豫东地区正常Bolton指数和Pont指数正常值范围,对测量结果进行统计分析并与国内外相关资料进行对比研究,对Bolt-on指数和Pont指数的临床应用价值进行评价分析。结果 Bolton指数和Pont指数存在种族和地区差异。结论 Bolton指数和Pont指数在正畸临床中均有一定的应用价值,临床上应参照本民族和地区的标准。Objective：This study established the norms of dentition index on normal occlusion in the east of Henan province and makes up the blank of tooth information in the east of Henan province,provides the reference for diagnoses in orthodontics.Methods：150 cases of normal occlusion dental model in the east of Henan province were selected.The widths of crown and dental arch were measured and the ranges of the Bolton index and Pont index were eatablished and analysed with statistics methods and compared with that of different groups,meaning while,the valu,e of Bolton index and Pont index in clinic were evaluated.Results：The Bolton index and Pont index were different according to different area and race.Conclusion：The Bolton and Pont index is more clinical valuable to orthodontics.We shoud use our own norms in orthodontics
