轻身降脂法对脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察轻身降脂法对治疗脑梗死患者颈内动脉斑块的疗效。方法:选择脑梗死患者颈内动脉斑块的病人100例。随机分为2组:轻身降脂法治疗组50例,辛伐他汀组50例。两组均给予辛伐他汀,轻身降脂法治疗组加用轻身降脂饮,3个月为一疗程。用前及用药3个月后行头颅CT、颈动脉彩超及肝、肾功能、血、尿常规检查。结果:两组治疗对脑梗死患者颈内动脉斑块溶解均有确切疗效。轻身降脂法组总有效率86%,辛伐他汀组总有效率70%。轻身降脂法组疗效优于单用辛伐他汀组(P<0.05)。结论:轻身降脂法对治疗脑梗死患者颈内动脉斑块有确切疗效,且显著优于单用辛伐他汀。Objective：Observation of Qingshenjiangzhi method in patients with cerebral infarction the efficacy of carotid artery plaque. Methods： 100 cases of cerebral infarction patients carotid artery atherosclerosis were randomly divided into two groups,control group （50 cases） of oral simvastatin treatment and group （50 cases） of oral simvastatin and Qingshenjiangzhiyin.a course of 3 months.Medication use before and 3 months underwent head CT, carotid ultrasonography and liver,kidney function,blood and urine routine examination.Results：Group therapy on patients with cerebral infarction had carotid artery plaque dissolve the exact effect.The total lipid-lowering method Qingshenjiangzhi 86% efficiency, the efficiency of simvastatin group was 70%.Qingshenjiangzhi method group than simvastatin alone group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Qingshenjiangzhi method of treatment of lipid-lowering carotid artery plaque in patients with cerebral infarction have the exact effect,and significantly better than simvastatin alone.
