摘 要:目的:探讨胃幽门螺杆菌感染与口臭的关系。方法:选择无牙周疾病和全身疾病(上消化道疾病除外)的口臭患者60例,无口臭志愿者30例,先进行口臭测试及口腔相关指标检查,然后进行胃镜活检和快速尿素酶实验检测胃内幽门螺杆菌感染情况。结果:60例口臭患者,HP检测阳性52例,阳性率86.7%。无口臭志愿者30例,HP检测阳性12例,阳性率40.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。52例Hp检测阳性口臭患者中36例行清除HP治疗,一月后复查胃镜,Hp根除31例,根除率86.1%。根除Hp的口臭患者复查口臭缓解27例,占87.1%。另16例未行正规清除HP治疗的口臭患者,口臭缓解1例,占6.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:幽门螺杆菌可能与牙周健康者口臭的发生有关。Objective:To assess the relationship between helicobaeter pylori infection and halitosis.Methods:Sixty patients who got halitosis but without periodontal diseases and systematic disease (exclude gastrointestinal diseases) and thirty volunteers without halitosis were included.All patients were examined for the real halitosis. Helicobacter pylori was diagnosed by biopsy and rapid urea enzyme, Results: The positive rate of helicobacter pylori in patients with halitosis was 86.7%,which was higher than that(40.0%) in volunteers without halitosis (P〈0.01).Thirty-six patients with halitosis accept the removal of helieobacter pylori. After a month they were diagnosed by rapid urea enzyme and we found the eradication rate of helicobaeter pylori was 86.1%.Twenty-seven patients with helicobacter pylori reduced the level of halitosis(87.1%).Sixteen patients with halitosis are not given the removal of helicobacter pylori.Only one reduced the level of halitosis(6.25%). Conclusions:Helicobacter pylori infection might play a causative role in the development of halitosis.
