康复新联合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨康复新联合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法：80例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予康复新液＋奥美拉唑三联疗法，对照组单纯给予奥美拉唑三联疗法。观察两组的治疗效果和不良反应。结果：治疗组总有效率为85％（34／40）；对照组总有效率为57．5％（23／40）。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（Х^2=7．384，P=0．007）。结论：康复新液联合奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎安全有效。Objective：To discuss the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin Liquid Plus omeprazole-based triple therapy regimen in treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods：80 cases were chosen who were diagnosed by gastrointestinal endoscopy and pathology to be chronic atrophic gastritis patients and divided randomly into two groups. Both the two groups were given triple therapy regimen. The treatment group was given Kangfuxin Liquid.Comparative study of the treatment effectiveness and adverse reaction.Results：The total percentage of efficacies was 85% in the treatment group,57.5% in the control group.P=0.007.Conclusion：Kangfuxin Liquid Plus omeprazole, based triple therapy regimen was effective and safe for treating chronic atrophic gastritis.
