摘 要:目的:探讨肺癌组织HLA-G的表达和血清IL-10、IFN-γ变化的关系。方法:免疫组化SP法检测肺组织HLA-G表达程度,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测外周血血清中IL-10和IFN-γ的浓度。结果:HLA-G在肺癌组病理组织的表达率为51.3%,对照组为0,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。外周血IL-10的含量在肺癌组较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),外周血IFN-γ的含量在肺癌组较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论:HLA-G在肺癌组织中表达上调,IL-10的升高与肺癌组织HLA-G表达的上调同时存在,而未发现IFN-γ对HLA-G表达的影响。Objective:Probe into the connections between HLA-G expression of tung cancer patients and serum IL-10 and IFN-γ, changes.Methods:Detect the expression degree of the lung tissue HLA-G in immunohistochemical SP method,detect the concentration of peripheral blood serum IL-10 and IFN-γ by enzyme-inked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The expression rate of HLA-G in the lung cancer pathological tissue is 51.3%.the one in control group is 0,there is a significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.01),The content of IL-10 of peripheral blood in the lung cancer group is evidently higher than the control group(P〈0.01),the content of peripheral blood IFN-γ in lung cancer group reduces than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions:The HLA-G expression in lung cancer tissues increases,the IL-10 rise and the increase of the expression of HLA-G in lung cancer tissues exist at the same time, but the effect of IFN-γ on HLA-G expression is not found.
