白内障超声乳化对糖尿病患者泪膜的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究讨论白内障超声乳化术后泪膜的变化。方法:选取连续就诊手术的糖尿病白内障患者,均行颞侧角膜隧道切口超声乳化术联合后房型折叠式人工晶状体植入术。分别于术前第1天,术后第1天、第2天、第7天、第30天进行干眼症相关症状调查、无麻醉下泪液分泌试验(Schirmer试验)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色检查并积分,比较各项结果在术后不同时间与术前的差异。结果:糖尿病白内障患者超声乳化吸除术后早期可出现泪膜的异常改变,尤其表现为泪膜稳定性下降。结论:白内障超声乳化术可在短期内影响糖尿病患者的泪膜。Objective： To evaluate the effects of phaeoemulsification on tear film.Methnds：All eyes underwent phacoemulsification through a superficial blue line incision. Symptoms of dry eye disease, tear film break-up time （BUT）, Schirmer＇s 1 test without topical anesthesia, corneal flunrescein staining were tested preoperatively, and also on the 1st day, 2nd day, 7th day, 30th day postoperatively. Comparisonwas made between the tests and the effect of the surgery between the two groups was been compared and analyzed.Results： Tear film in diabetics may have abnormal changes, mainly in tear stability, during the early stages after phacoemulsification.Conclnsions： Phacoemlusifieation significantly alters tear film of all patients in a short term postoperatively.
