摘　　要："庖丁解牛"的故事对在课堂教学中进行人文素质培养具有深刻的启发意义:教师在传授知识的基础上,要注意把获取知识的方法教给学生,同时,还要把寓含于这些知识和方法中的思想理念、人文精神传授给学生,从而在传授知识、方法的基础上,完成人文素质的培养。A cook butching a cattle （paoding jieniu ） is a significant story for the sake of humanity education. Teachers are expected to impart knowledge as well as methodology, in addition to the connotations of the stories.
