高强度聚焦超声治疗341例中晚期肿瘤患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察并分析高强度聚焦超声对中晚期肿瘤患者的疗效。方法应用FEP-BY02型高强度聚焦超声治疗347例中晚期肿瘤患者。根据患者身体状况、肿瘤特点及治疗顺应性等给予0.2-1.0 kW的发射功率,治疗后进行近期疗效及安全性的分析。结果 341例完成预期治疗方案,联合化疗69例,联合放疗57例。近期总有效率79.1%,临床受益率为86.2%。23例出现出血、胃肠麻痹及皮肤灼伤等并发症。结论术前评估患者肿瘤特征、适时调整治疗参数并联合其他治疗手段有助于提高近期疗效、减少并发症的产生。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical value of the treatment with high-intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） in patients with advanced malignant tumors.Methods 347 patients with advanced malignant tumors were designated as the candidates and were treated with FEP-BY02.The emission power of 0.2~1kW was applied to individuals according to physical conditions,tumor characteristics and compliance.Then recent curative effect and security were observed and analyzed.Results Among 347 patients with advanced malignant tumors,341 cases were treated by appointment,69 and 57 cases underwent combined regimen with chemotherapy and radiotherapy,respectively.The recent overall response rate was 79.1%.The clinical benefit response was 86.2%.Whereas 23 cases developed complications,such as bleeding,gastroenteroparalysis and burns,etc.Conclusion Evaluation of physical conditions,tumor characteristics and compliance prior to HIFU as well as adjustment of the emission power parameters in therapy in combination with other subsequent remedies contribute to the improvement of recent curative effects and the decrease of the incidence of complications.
