摘　　要：介绍患者报告的临床结局(PROs)的概念、目的、内容及其在临床结局评价中的科学意义,并探讨PROs在胃癌前病变中医药临床应用的现状、方法及存在问题,认为PROs评价将是对胃癌前病变中医临床疗效评价的重要内容,有利于在胃癌前病变的进一步推广。To introduce concept,purpose,content of patient-reported outcomes（ PROs） and its science meaning in clinical outcomes evaluation as well as to approach application status quo,method and questions of PROs in precancerous lesion of gastric cancer（ PLGC）. We considered that evaluation of PROs would be important contents for clinical therapeutic effect evaluation of TCM and profit to generalize further in PLGC.
