摘　　要：随着近年来国际、国内企业兼并的方兴未艾,企业文化的整合问题也正日益引起高度重视,然而,尽管大家已经意识到了文化整合的重要性,但是为何在实践中仍然未能产生良好的效果呢?本文认为:这主要是在文化整合的过程中缺乏具有执行力的领导力,不能有效化解文化冲突所致。本文试图从文化整合能力的视角阐述构建领导力的要素。With the rapid progress of MA between domestic enterprises and foreign enterprises or between domestic enterprises themselves,the issue of cultural integration is appealing to more parties concerned.Although the importance of cultural integration has been recognized by people,the consequence is not satisfying.The paper holds that the reason is owing to the lack of leadership without execution ability and incapability to ease cultural conflicts.This paper is to construct relevant key elements of leadership based on the capability of cultural integration.
