摘　　要：良好的精神风貌是新疆生产建设兵团初期非常突出而又重要的社会精神体现,军垦人不怕困难、大公无私、艰苦朴素、互帮互助的工作和生活作风是这一时期社会精神风貌的基本特征。该文认为,卓有成效的起义部队改造工作、扎实细致的思想政治工作、党员干部的模范带头作用、长期实施的供给制等是形成良好精神风貌的主要原因。A good social mental outlook was an important embodiment of the early days of XPCC. Four basic features of the social mental outlook of this period were fearlessness of difficulties, selflessness, hard work and plain living, and mutual help. The main reasons that this good spiritual outlook formed were effective transformation of the uprising troops, solid and careful ideological and political work, the exemplary role of party members and cadres, long-term supply system.
