摘　　要：高校学生干部队伍是高校学生工作的得力助手和有益补充,将高校学生干部队伍建设成学习型组织至关重要。本文提出建立共同愿景、建立规范的工作制度和分权管理模式、在实践中建设学习型组织的思路。College student contigent of cadres are the capable assistant and useful supplement when doing student work,so it is important to construct them into learning organization.The paper proposed the thoughts of constructing the learning in practice organization with common prospect、standard work system and decentralized management mode.
