摘  要:建立了分散液相微萃取/气相色谱-质谱快速检测蔬菜中农药残留的新方法。对影响萃取和富集效果的因素进行了优化。在优化的实验条件下,10种目标农药的富集倍数达738~895倍,检出限为0.005~0.06 mg/kg,线性范围为0.02~10 mg/kg,相关系数为0.991 2~0.998 7,平均加标回收率为71%~90%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~6.9%。该方法已成功用于蔬菜中10种农药残留的测定。A novel method for the determination of the pesticide in vegetable was developed by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME) coupled with GC-MS.Some important parameters effecting the extraction efficiency,such as the type and volume of extraction,disperser solvent and extraction time,were studied.The result indicated that a good extraction efficiency was obtained by using 1.0 mL acetone as dispersive solvent,10.0 μL chlorobenzene as extraction solvent for extracting 3 min.Under the optimum conditions,the enrichment factors ranged from 738 to 895.The linear ranges of the method for ten target compounds were in the range of 0.02-10 mg/kg with detection limits(S/N=3) of 0.005-0.06 mg/kg.The correlation coefficients were in the range of 0.991 2-0.998 7.The average recoveries of pesticides ranged from 71%to 90% with relative standard deviations of 3.1%-6.9%.The method was successfully used to analyze ten pesticides residues in vegetable samples.
