摘  要:建立了气相色谱-质谱法同时测定食品包装材料中14种邻苯二甲酸酯类和5种己二酸酯类增塑剂含量的分析方法。采用超声协助二氯甲烷提取,选择离子监测模式,外标法定量。在优化的实验条件下,19种目标物的平均回收率为85%~108%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.16%~2.7%。结果表明,该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适于食品包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯类和己二酸酯类增塑剂含量的测定。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometric method was developed for the simultaneous determination of fourteen kinds of phthalates,e.g.dimethyl phthalate(DMP),diethy phthalate(DEP),diisobutyl phthalate(DIBP),di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP),bis(2-methoxyethyl) phthalate(DMEP),bis(4-methyl-2-pentyl)phthalate(BMPP),bis(2-ethoxyethy)phthalate(DEEP),dipentyl phthalate(DAP),di-n-hexyl phthalate(DHP),butyl benzyl phthalate(BBP),bis(2-n-butoxyethyl)phthalate(DBEP),dicyclohexyl phthalate(DCHP),bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP)and di-n-octyl phthalate(DNOP) and five kinds of adipates,e.g.diethyl adipate(DEA),diisobutyl adipate(DIBA),dibutyl adipate(DBA),bis(2-ethylhexyl)adipate(DEHA)and bis[2-(2-butoxyethoxy)ethyl] adipate(BBOEA) in food packaging materials.Samples were extracted with dichloromethane for 20 min on an ultrasonic generator.The analytes were quantitatively analyzed with external standard method under selected ion monitoring(SIM) mode.The experimental conditions were studied.Under the optimal conditions,the calibration curves of all the target compounds were linear in the range of 10-250 mg/L.The average recoveries were in the range of 85%-108% with relative standard deviations of 0.16%-2.7%.The method was simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate,and was suitable for the determination of fourteen kinds of phthalates and five kinds of adipates in food packaging materials.
