我国高校高素质外语人才培养对策及走向研究

摘　　要：全球经济一体化及文化多元化的时代背景给我国高校外语专业人才培养带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。目前,我国高校外语专业教育中还存在着人文教育理念薄弱、学生的专业知识结构单一、专业就业面狭窄等问题。为了克服我国高等外语专业教育存在的弊端,必须从注重转变教育观念、强化师资力量、重视市场导向等方面采取相应措施,从而培养出具有国际化视野的创新型外语人才。这也是我国未来高等外语教育改革与创新的必然趋势。The globalized age of economic integration and cultural diversity has brought about unprecedented challenges and opportunities for the cultivation of professional talents majoring in foreign languages.Currently,China＇s foreign language education in colleges and universities still exists in some problems such as weak concept of humanities education,single knowledge structure,and narrow-faced employment.In order to overcome disadvantages in the education,colleges and universities must adopt corresponding measures to change education idea,strengthen teachers,pay attention to market orientation so as to cultivate innovative foreign language talents with international insight,which is the very trend of college foreign language education in China.
