健脾清热活血方配合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾清热活血方配合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将60例活动期消化性溃疡且中医辨证为脾虚热郁血瘀证的患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例予健脾清热活血方及奥美拉唑胶囊治疗;对照组30例口服奥美拉唑胶囊治疗。2组均90d为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较证候疗效、胃镜疗效、治疗前后溃疡直径及治疗后幽门螺杆菌(Hp)清除率。结果治疗组胃镜疗效总有效率为96.7%,对照组为83.3%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组痊愈率83.3%,明显高于对照组66.7%(P<0.05)。临床疗效治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为73.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组痊愈率和显效率分别为40.0%和33.3%,明显高于对照组20.0%和16.7%(P<0.05)。2组Hp清除率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论健脾清热活血方配合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡提高临床疗效显著,且有较好的胃镜疗效,更可提高溃疡愈合质量,并能防止溃疡复发,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Qingre Huoxue formula combined with Omeprazole in treating peptic ulcer.Methods 60 cases of active peptic ulcer and with deficiency of the spleen, heat of the stomach and syndrome of blood stasis diagnosed by the differentiation of TCM syndromes, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. There are 30 cases in both of the treatment group and control group. Cases in treatment group were treated by Jianpi Qingre Huoxue formula combined with Omeprazole. The control group only takes omeprazole capsules. The course was ninety days in two groups. Gastroscopic and clinical efficacy, as well as the symptoms improvement was compared before and after treatment in two groups.Results The total effective rate of gastroscopic efficacy in the treatment group is 96.7%, 83.3% for the control group, but there is no significant difference in statistics （P0.05）. The cure rate in treatment group （83.3%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （66.7%,P0.05）. The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the treatment group （90.0%） was higher than that in the control group （73.3%,P0.05）. The obvious effective rate in the treatment group （33.3%） was higher than that in control group （16.7%,P0.05）.Conclusion Jianpi Qingre Huoxue formula combined with Omeprazole has obvious efficacy on improving the clinical symptoms and efficacy and has better efficacy on gastroscopic, promoting ulcer healing, improving the quality of ulcer healing to reduce the ulcer recurrence rate. It is worth clinical promoting.
