摘　　要：随着我国就业形势严峻局面的不断加剧,计算机、软件类热门专业正面临市场的洗礼,软件学院培养模式以其学习周期短,注重实际应用的优点和国家有利政策的支持迅速在就业市场占据有利位置.坚持"以就业为导向",对软件学院教育教学方法进行深入改革和创新,培养出真正与社会需求相一致的实用型人才,从而有效吸引生源是软件学院可持续发展的保障.As the employment foreground becomes rigorous in our country,computer and software-related specialties are facing the baptism of the market at present.The cultivation model of software school soon takes up a vantage point because of shorter cultivation cycle,virtue of practicality and support of advantageous national employment policy.Reform and innovation must be executed according to employment-oriented principle for software school to cultivate applied grad fitting for society requirement so as to attract more pool.And it is the guarantee for continual development of software school.
