摘　　要：科学发展观是新形势下指导基层党建的重要理论,高校的基层党建就必须按照科学发展观的新要求,使高校的基层党组织充分发挥推动发展、教书育人、凝聚人心、促进和谐的作用。为了在实践中摸索更有效的党建工作形式,广东工业大学计算机学院建立了计算机工程研发中心科研党支部,在此过程中得到几点启示,为高校基层党建工作的创新提供了新思路。The Scientific Outlook on Development is an important theory guiding the development of the Party at grassroots under the new situation. The development of the Party at the grassroots in universities and colleges shall be carried out in light of the new requirements of the Scientific Outlook on Development so that the grassroots organizations in universities and colleges can exert their full effects in propelling development, educating people, forming cohesiveness and promoting harmony. To explore a more effective way of building the Party in practice, the Faculty of Computer of GDUT has set up a R＆D Party Branch at the Computer Engineering R＆D center. The inspirations obtained from this process have provided an insight into the work of building grassroots Party in universities and colleges.
