摘　　要：随着科学技术的迅猛发展和改革开放的不断深入,我国科技、经济和社会都发生了深刻的变化.同时,高校的管理体制改革不断冲击着传统的管理体制和服务模式.笔者主要阐述现阶段工科院校学报编辑工作所面临的挑战,并对今后学报编辑工作提出了建议.With rapid development of science and technology and deepening of reform and open to the outside world,our science and technology,economy and society of our country are deeply changed.At the same time,traditional management system and service mode are continuous attacked in reform of management system for colleges and universities.In this paper,challenge in editing of university journal for engineering colleges and countermeasure in working at the present stage and henceforward are primary expounded.
