摘　　要：研究显色剂7-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉与Nb(Ⅴ)的显色反应条件.结果表明:试剂与铌(Ⅴ)在pH=5.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中形成稳定的橘黄色络合物,其组成比n(铌)∶n(试剂)=1∶1,λmax=500 nm,络合物表观摩尔吸光系数为2.508×104L.mol-.1cm-1,Nb(Ⅴ)的质量浓度在0～1.6 mg/L范围内符合比尔定律.Optimum conditions of the color reaction of 7-（4-Antipyrinylazo）-8-Hydroxyquinoline with niobium（Ⅴ） were reported.It was found that in a buffer solution of HAc-NaAc at pH 5.0,the color reagent reacted with niobium（Ⅴ） to form a stable orange complex（1∶1）,exhibiting an absorption maxiumum at 500 nm.The apparent molar absorptivity was 2.508×104 L·mol-1·cm-1 and Beer＇s law was obeyed in the range of 0～1.6 mg/L niobium（Ⅴ）.
