影响锆英石-氧化钙质泡沫陶瓷挂浆量的因素

摘　　要：研究水、无水乙醇、饱和CMC溶液、质量分数为10%的氢氧化钠溶液处理聚氨酯泡沫塑料对其涂挂性能的影响;研究浆料中硅溶胶含量、浆料中的固相含量以及采用二次挂浆对泡沫塑料挂浆量的影响.研究发现:挂浆质量直接关系到泡沫陶瓷烧成后的强度、韧性等性能,因此,泡沫挂浆量对泡沫陶瓷的性能有很大影响.经过质量分数为10%的氢氧化钠溶液与CMC联合处理过的聚氨酯泡沫塑料的涂挂性较好;浆料中固相质量分数为75%时,具有最佳的涂挂性能;二次挂浆可以明显地增加泡沫塑料的涂覆量,其孔筋直径是一次挂浆的2倍.The influencescents of water,alcohol,CMC and 10 % NaOH solution on polyurethane sponges were studied;the effects of silica sol content,solids content of slurry and twice loading slurry on loading slurry amount on the foam sponge were systemically studied.The results showed that polyurethane sponges immersed in 10 % NaOH and CMC solution had best coating properties and that optimal loading slurry amount couldound be obtained when solids content was 75 %,twice loading slurry can obviously increase loading slurry weight on the foam sponge,and the diameter of strut can be up to 2 times more than once loading slurry.
